ThisYearly maintenance contract available for complete lawn service. With this program we will visit your home on a weekly basis during the growing season. ( april 1st - November 23rd ) 1 time in March (For Spring clean up ) & 1 time in December (for fall clean-up)
Complete lawn service includes:
Basic mowing
Edging - twice monthly.
Fall aerating with overseeding - fescue only
Fall leaf clean-up
Spring clean-up
Bed Maintenance:
This service entails the revival and continuous maintenance of your current planting bed(s). Initially all planting beds will be weeded for the first time to the best of our ability and disposed of any debris, followed by a precise shovel edge to give a crisp looking edge. After your planting bed(s) have been weeded and shovel edged, a 2-4” fresh new application of mulch, will be applied creating a beneficial, natural, and beautiful look to your landscape. This service will continue throughout the whole growing season which includes once a month weeding and Shrubs trimmed and pruned as needed.
Mulch will be applied in the beginning of the season once for the whole season. If a second application is required or desired please contact Sun Valley Lawn Service for further action.
Weeding: This will occur from the start of bed maintenance till the end of the growing season in November1 time per month.
Edging: This will occur upon the start of bed maintenance before the application of mulch and will also be done before the end of the season on November.
